Interdisciplinary Research Team Receives “Bridging the Divide” Funding

The research team of Daejin Kim, Assistant Professor of Interior Design;  Dr. Jennifer Margrett, Director of the Gerontology Program and Associate Professor of Human Development and Family Studies; and Dr. Carl Chang, Professor of Computer Science and Director of the Smart Home Lab has been awarded funding from Iowa State University’s 2019 Bridging the Divide internal funding opportunity. The program aims to solve complex challenges at the interface of disciplines through new convergent collaborations.
