Study Abroad
Industrial Design students can study abroad from one semester to a maximum of one academic year. The studio credits taken in any of the industrial design abroad programs are counted as part of the 12 required credits as Experiential Learning. Other courses students take abroad can transfer to waive courses with similar learning objectives we have in our curriculum.
A total of 205 industrial design students have studied abroad in more than 15 countries since the department was established in 2010. The most popular programs our students choose are:
KTH Exchange in Stockholm, Sweden – 36 students
ISU Rome Design Program in Italy – 34 students
London College of Fashion in UK – 29 students
Academia Italiana in Italy – 25 students
Massey University in New Zeeland – 12 students
