King Pavilion

In August 2009, we dedicated the King Pavilion, a 23,735-sq.-ft. addition to the north side of the primary college building. This was the first LEED Platinum-certified higher education building in Iowa and provides a new home for:

• First-year students in our Core Design Program
• Upper-level students in:
  • Architecture
  • Interior Design
  • Landscape Architecture
