IT Portal Lunch & Learns offered April 24, April 27 and April 29

Information Technology Services has a new website with a new IT Portal through which users can request IT-related products and services, browse helpful how-to articles and report tech troubles with an “incident form” routed directly to the IT Solution Center.

Faculty, staff and students are invited to attend one of three IT Portal Lunch & Learn sessions via Webex at 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 24; Monday, April 27; or Wednesday, April 29, to learn more and take a live tour of the new IT Portal. A group of experts will be available during each event to answer questions via chat.
